Tip #5 - Enjoy the day

So it’s the big day, all the stress and hard work that you’ve put in is finally gonna pay off. Everything’s been booked in for months and you know EXACTLY how the day is going to go from start to finish. Surrounded by friends, family and your spouse-to-be. What could go wrong? A wedding is supposed to be the best day of your life and sometimes, no matter how much you plan, some things don’t always go the way you thought they would. The best advice we can give if something does happen is to just CHILL. You’re supposed to enjoy every moment of your special day so just relax and go with it! Sometimes the unexpected events are what make wedding days awesome!

Tip #4 - set aside time

Your wedding day, no matter how much planning has gone into it will always be slightly hectic. We recommend that you plan a time with your videographer/photographer where you can step aside from your family and friends for a short break to have a couples shoot. This allows you to take a half an hour to relax and unwind away from the madness. It’ll also make your wedding film/album look so much nicer!

Tip #3 - One for the Grooms (Because the bride shouldn’t have to worry)

Make sure to make a list the night before the big day of all the things that you know you’ll need to do in them morning and as a reminder so that you don’t forget anything. The bridesmaids are always amazing when it comes to helping the bride. They’d go to the moon and back for that extra can of hairspray if they had to. The groomsmen on the other hand… Not so much. However, if there’s one thing that you can rely on with any groomsman, they’ll keep the drinks flowing if that’s your jam.

Tip #2 - Make sure to get a decent nights sleep and a good breakfast!

The last thing you want is to wake up on your wedding day hungover or still tired from the night before. We understand that you’ll be with your friends and also feeling really nervous, but getting that extra couple of hours could be what you need to really kick start your day. Also make sure you eat a healthy breakfast! Brides and grooms can go a long time through the day without eating so make sure you’re eating something good!

Relax, smile and have FUN! This is your big day, the day that you will remember and be reminded of for the rest of your life, no matter how much goes right or wrong this day is special for you, so make sure you make the most of it and have the best time.
